Shipping policy

STANDARD CUSTOMERS UK DELIVERY:

£3.99 Standard - Royal Mail Untracked Service (3 to 7 Business Days) 

All orders over £40 qualify for free delivery*

Express orders need to be received by 11:30 am for same day dispatch. Express orders received after 11:30 am on a Thursday will be delivered on the following Monday.

Deliveries will not be made on a weekend.

Please note the number of days for delivery is an aim and we cannot always guarantee these timeframes.

*Free delivery is not available to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands or Northern Ireland and a shipping price will be calculated by our warehouse team

If your parcel has not arrived within the delivery timeframe for the service you paid for please follow these steps:

- Check if your parcel has been delivered to a neighbour

- Allow one extra working day for the delivery before getting in touch with Romney's. Whilst the timeframes we provide are correct a majority of the time, during busy periods e.g. in the run up to Christmas, services can become stretched and parcels get delayed. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend placing your orders well in advance.

- Contact our office at sales@kendal.mintcake.co.uk and notify us of your delayed parcel. We will then contact the delivery company and pass on any extra information we receive to the customer

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total order weight and delivery address

Maximum international order weight is 10kg

The shipping price DOES NOT include duties & Taxes. This will need to be paid for by the customer.

Parcels are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked or Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed

We do not currently offer shipping to countries within the EU.

Currently offering delivery to the following countries: USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Lebanon, Malaysia, Mexico, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, UAE, Vietnam

- Aims to deliver orders within 5-7 working days from the date of dispatch

- A tracking Number is provided

- A signature is required upon delivery of the goods to the delivery address

Some rural addresses will be subject to an area surcharge. This additional cost will be passed on to the customer who can decide whether to pay the additional shipping amount or have the order refunded. George Romney Ltd will not cover the area surcharge cost of any order.
